Our two plants comprise a total of over 250,000 square feet and contain over 120 state-of-the-art injection molding presses that run 24 hours a day. Highly automated and heavily robotic, they are overseen by an expert, dedicated staff of professionals who carefully evaluate the condition of equipment to ensure state-of-the-art performance.

Each press is microprocessor-controlled and self-diagnostic, with capacities from fractional to 43 ounces, and clamping force from 25 to 400 tons.

Quality control checks of product tolerances, color, and physical appearance are made at every step of manufacture. Yet another quality control check is performed as components are sorted, weighed and sealed for stock, or prepared for Just-In-Time shipment.
