Rodon Group LLC does not control the end use of its molded products, and you, the purchaser (Our Customer) are therefore responsible for fully testing the suitability of our components under extreme actual field use conditions, for the end use customer you intend and reasonably expect to use them.

Rodon Group LLC, (and its related companies) does not warrant our molded components for a particular use or purpose, and shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of use or profits, or cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of goods or in connection with the information contained herein.

If, within 30 days of purchase, any of our components are found to be defective, they will, at the sole discretion of Rodon Group LLC, be replaced, credit given, or their value refunded. Discovery of and protection from any and all infringement, arising from component end use, is your responsibility (Our Customer).
