Our ultimate goal is to provide our customers with defect-free products at the most competitive price possible. Optimal mold design and fabrication, in-process monitoring of molding parameters, trained and experienced operators as well as state of the art vision inspection equipment at the press and off line work towards us achieving our quality objectives.

We manufacture our injection molds in-house using dedicated tool makers, highly skilled at optimizing every facet of mold making. Our processing experts are highly trained. Trained QC technicians use strict in-process inspections to assure the in-process quality of each product.

In addition to traditional manual inspection and people-oriented quality processes, Rodon has made it a point to stay true to the philosophy of cutting-edge inspection and manufacturing.  

This includes recently embarking on a vision inspection system for 100% part inspection at the molding machine as well as a vision measuring machine in the QC lab for extremely accurate tolerances.
