July Fourth is one of our favorite holidays.  It is a time to reflect on how lucky we are to be Americans and create great products here at home.  We have been on the forefront of the American Manufacturing renaissance and have witnessed the positive impact manufacturing jobs have had throughout the country.   At The Rodon Group, these jobs are filled by some of the most professional and well-trained staff in the industry.

Our employees, some with over 40 plus years in tenure, are our greatest assets.  Their dedication to creating the best injection molds and parts in the industry has made The Rodon Group one of the largest family owned plastic injection molding companies in the United States.  We are very proud of their professionalism and expertise.

We also take pride in the accomplishments of the family members of our employees.  One young man, the son Mike Baranoski, a Design Engineer at Rodon,  has accomplished a great deal in his short lifetime.  Matt Baranoski, aged 19, may represent the United States at the summer Olympics in Brazil as a member of the U.S. track cycling team.  Matt excels at sprint events and the keirin, a cycling race originating in Japan, in which groups of cyclists follow a pacesetter and then sprint for the last part of the race.  Speeds up to 40 miles an hour can be achieved.

The 2012 racing season ended in April and Matt competed in several international events.  His cycling accomplishments included some great racing finishes at the Pan American Champions and The Revolution, a one-day international bike racing event held in Scotland.  With little downtime, Matt is back on the track and training for upcoming races.  In addition to his busy training and racing schedule, Matt is a full time student enrolled in the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University majoring in Electrical Engineering.

The young Mr. Baranoski is just one example of the many accomplished sons and daughters of The Rodon Group family.  As we celebrate the birth of our nation, we also honor our employees and their families who are examples of the hard work and dedication that make this country great.
