There are many people that contribute to the success of our business.  First, there are the employees who come to work every day to give their best.  Some work in manufacturing making the finest injection molded products available.  Others use their engineering skills to create innovative part designs.  And the craftsmen, our tool makers, build precision and quality with hardened steel.  Of course we can’t forget our support staff, the folks that keep the plant going, keep our customers happy, our quality standards high and make sure inventory is on hand and ships on demand.

Customers, of course, are the lifeblood of any business.  We happen to be very blessed.  We Thanksgiving_image.jpghave been working with some of our customers for over 40 years.  They know they can rely on Rodon to consistently meet their needs on time, every time.

We work closely with our new customers to make sure they get the best possible value from their investment.  Our engineering team looks for innovative solutions to help improve manufacturability including faster cycle times and streamlined designs.  Our tool room then takes over, using only the highest grade steel available to build a mold that will last a lifetime. In fact, we guarantee it.  Our turn-key manufacturing solution provides customers with a cost-effective alternative to offshore suppliers with convenience and efficiency.

If customers are our lifeblood, our suppliers are the backbone of our success.  Over the years, we have built strong vendor relationships.  We often take advantage of their expertise to ensure the success of a project.  From resins to colorants to manufacturing equipment, the suppliers we work with offer the best possible support in their industries.  We also work with external sales representatives who help introduce Rodon as a premier manufacturing partner.

In this season of Thanksgiving, we want to wish all of the people and organizations who have helped our company grow and flourish.

May your stuffing be tasty Thanksgiving_Dogs.jpg
May your turkey plump,
May your potatoes and gravy
have nary a lump.
May your yams be delicious
and your pies take the prize,
and may your Thanksgiving dinner
stay off your thighs!
